8 MWA Fall Workshop, October 2014 Product Care proposal: To manage MHSW2 lamps collected at municipalities and participating retailers pending new regulation. One-year time period/maximum $1 million program cost whichever occurs first.

9 MWA Fall Workshop, October 2014 RMC July offer RMC will recover and transport any rechargeable batteries collected by municipalities separately from primary batteries at no charge. RMC will credit municipalities or their service providers at RMC commercial rates for segregated rechargeable batteries delivered to RMC's facility.

11 MWA Fall Workshop, October 2014 HRAI proposal The Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute (HRAI), (industry steward group), proposes to provide bins to municipalities and manage the post- collection of mercury containing products. (Prepaid shipping containers provided.)
