RECOGNITION OF OUR GENDER DIVERSITY EFFORTS IN 2012 11 Sodexo wins Catalyst award Four Sodexo women in the Women 1 st Top 100 Club Kathy Ridgard, Centre of Excellence director won Women in Security Award Natalie Bickford awarded a Diversity Champion Award through Employers network for Equality & inclusion for her support of Women Work and the maternity policy review.
