9. Final Scoping Meetings (continued) u Three separate meetings will be held to present the draft plan for the Neuse River Basin. Proposed dates and locations include: l April 23rd - Raleigh, NC l April 24th - Goldsboro, NC l April 25th - New Bern, NC
