5 How does your administrator see you??? None of these things…Poor experience with School Media Specialist The only department that has any money besides his or her department. A catch-all persons that does jobs he needs done, like staff development, study hall, setting up for convocations. A beacon to inspire and motivate others. A staff member focused on Standards and Curriculum A leader with a plan that incorporates all curricular areas A person to find out needs of staff, including technology. A good steward of allotted money
