21 The Learning Agreement Outlines our expectations Applies to all senior students Contract between school and student Can result in students being asked to leave Essential for students applying for EMA Negotiated targets based on attainment Targets reviewed regularly

22 Education maintenance allowances - EMA Means tested weekly allowance for students aged 16 – 19 Payment is made directly to the student’s bank account Payment is based on attendance and effort and can be withheld

26 Guidance Role  1 to 1 interview  Targets for May exam diet, including some revision techniques, areas for development  Thoughts on future - College, University, Employment.  Discussion about the tracking reports from staff, linked to possible choices next year.  Looking at the course choice sheet. Discussion about relevant and realistic options.
