2 About the Speakers: Ashley Hollen, Associate, Kahn, Dees, Donovan & Kahn, LLP Ashley Hollen primarily practices business, environmental, real estate, and collections and creditors’ rights law. She is a responsive, goal-oriented attorney whose attention to fine details benefits the clients she serves. A native of Scottsburg, Indiana, Ashley earned her Bachelor’s Degree magna cum laude in political science from the University of Evansville in 2008 and her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the Valparaiso University School of Law in 2011. Jake Fulcher, Partner, Kahn, Dees, Donovan & Kahn, LLP Jake Fulcher exclusively represents a broad base of public and private employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Steve is Founder and President of the Southern Indiana Division of the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Institute, a member of the State Division of the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Institute, and was a Charter Member of the National Worker’s Compensation Defense Network. Steve was recognized as a Best Lawyer® in Indiana in Worker’s Compensation Law. In addition, Steve advises individuals in connection with their estate and wealth transfer planning and during the process of probate and trust administration; and he is a certified civil mediator. Wendy Hyland, Attorney, Fisher & Phillips, LLC Wendy Hyland is an attorney at Fisher & Phillips LLC, a national law firm representing only management in labor and employment law matters. Wendy represents employers of all sizes in administrative matters, as well as litigation in state and federal courts. She also conducts employee training on employment-related compliance issues and works with employers on day-to-day counseling regarding employee management issues. A graduate of the University of Kentucky and George Washington University, Wendy is a frequent presenter on employment-related topics at a myriad of seminars.
