3 Grants.gov: Division of Responsibilities ORSP … Enters budgetary data on SF424B Signs off on any institutional certifications and assurances Routes budgetary documentation for institutional approval Submits ALL grant applications PIs / Project Staff … Download grant package through Grants.gov Complete ALL mandatory forms including SF424A Upload ALL pdf documentation including abstract, narrative, CVs Obtain cost-share approval through dean and chair

4 Getting Started With Grants.gov Download and install the PureEdge Viewer on your computer at www.grants.gov/DownloadViewer Mac users must purchase Windows emulation software or use the free Citrix server provided by Grants.gov to work on PureEdge forms. http://www.grants.gov/MacSupport http://www.grants.gov/MacSupport For assistance with the download, please contact the IT staff in your College, Department, or DoIT.
