2 Olympic Values Eating wellFeeling good How active are you?Information point Created by Pierre de Coubertin in 1914, the Olympic flag contains five interconnected rings on a white background. The five rings symbolize the five significant continents and are interconnected to symbolize the friendship to be gained from these international competitions. The rings, from left to right, are blue, yellow, black, green, and red. The colours were chosen because at least one of them appeared on the flag of every country in the world. 3 Eating well Feeling good How active are you?Information point Olympic values Challenge is… to eat 5 a day for a week! We done a survey about how many of your five a day do you eat and these are the results we got, Most people eat 3-5 and 0- 2 was the least.

4 How Active are you Feeling good Eating wellInformation point Olympic values Take part in at least 2 hours of every day for a week! We done a survey about how often people get active and here is our results …. Most people do everyday.

5 Feeling good Olympic values Information pointEating well How active are you? Take part in at least 5 different sports in a space of 2 weeks! This show what sport people participate in football was the most common and cycling was the least.
