3. Interface:  WebCT  Personalise entry into module  98 hours online, 2 face-to-face lectures (1 hr each)  Visual track their journey through the four seasons  Entry to each season dependent on student submitting reflective log

Season 2 (Planning): 3 Activity buttons  Student will identify and utilise support systems and reflect on how they can add value  Plan ahead on how to achieve goals Season 3 (Action) : 3 Activity buttons  Student will turn plans into action and reassessing their progress towards their goal Season 4 (Reflecting): 3 Activity buttons  Student completes reflective portfolio,  finalises their action plan by identifying ways to continue their journey into 2 yr
