2 Reynolds Grants in Aging and Quality of Life: Portal of Geriatric Online Education (POGOe) -Association of Directors of Geriatric Academic Programs (ADGAP) grant -Aid in the dissemination of the geriatric education materials, particularly, but not only, those developed by the 30 Medical Schools who received Reynolds grants (Comprehensive Programs to Strengthen Physician Training in Geriatrics) -Consortium for Faculty Development to Advance Geriatric Education (FD~AGE) Awarded to four training sites to run faculty CME courses and provide opportunities for program development

21 FD~AGE Programs Mini-Fellowships in Geriatrics for Non- Geriatricians Scholarships to Intensive CME Courses On-site Consultations to Develop Geriatric Programs at Academic Medical Schools

22 Mini-Fellowships 3 – 5 day intensive courses for non-geriatrician physicians Focused on geriatrics knowledge, teaching skills and curriculum development CME accredited Offered at all four FD~AGE sites Specialty track-specific, including Hospital Medicine, Ambulatory Care, Evidence Based Medicine, Palliative Care FREE tuition to selected faculty compliments of Reynolds Foundation Scholarships
