2 Physical Education Department LOCAL PROVISION THE LOCAL AUTHORITY –T–T–T–They provide and maintain; Public Parks eg Public playing fields eg Public swimming pools eg Sports facilities in schools eg Local sports centres eg Local youth centres eg

3 LOCAL PROVISION –M–M–M–Many local facilities are used jointly by schools and community groups –S–S–S–Some LAs fund athletics tracks, outdoor pursuits centres and water sports centres –T–T–T–Their aim is to provide facilities and break even
