Provide information and support for parents and young people up to the age of 25 including:  Support to understand the new process  Support at and preparing for meetings  Support with preparing parents and young people’s views  Support for parents/young people to participate as fully as possible in the process  Signposting to further support East: 01992 504013 / West: 01923 676549 / email: is.herts@kids.org.uk
