10 How can I avoid Bad Carbs? a. Avoid sugar, sucrose, corn syrup, high-fructose corn syrup! b. Avoid white or wheat flour c. Added sugar products (soda, cookies, cake, candy, frozen desserts, and some fruit drinks) d. A high-sugar diet is often linked with obesity Reading Labels?
