6. This lesson is intended for Spanish II students in a 50 minute period. The time can be roughly divided between 10min of presentation and discussion of the power point, 20minutes for reading the essay and completing the graphic organizer, and the remaining time to complete the two paragraph essay. An English-language essay was chosen only for the purposes of this exercise. Students should be reading in the target language, Spanish.
