3 What is the purpose of a STRATEGY SESSION (In-Home)? It is the weekly presentation designed to Validate the Plan for New Potential Partners (C) who have attended a Wellness Home Briefing (In-Home), or who have completed the Validate Business & Products steps. This session is designed to explain three key aspects: the Operating System utlized to build our business; the investment needed to get started; and to show the potential return on investment, based on the Nikken Compensation plan and Launch of their Wellness Business. The ‘Business Plan Overview’ Presentation is available as a PowerPoint, as a printable document, and online at www.thewellnessnetwork.com as part of the Wellness Trak System, Silver Tool Box.www.thewellnessnetwork.com Who is the Presenter (A)? A strategy session is hosted AND presented by the Upline Silver (A), in their Nikken Wellness Home, on behalf of the New Partners (B) on their team.If there are several New Partners launching during the month, consolidate the Strategy Sessions into one larger semi-private session rather than having several sessions. The Upline Gold (A+) will be conferenced into the meeting in the VALIDATE PLAN ABC CALL. How many are needed for the Launch Plan to be effective? A Strategy Session should be scheduled once a week for each week a launch is in place. On the day of the Quarterly Expo, schedule your Strategy Session over lunch. At an exact time during your Strategy Session, you and everyone across your time zone will be invited to join your Upline Gold (or above) Nikken Leader on a conference call. Having the ‘A+’ join your presentation and being connected to other In-Homes at the same time helps create credibility and a true Wellness movement feeling. The ‘A+’ will help validate the Plan with a 20 minute Q&A dialogue. They will also direct the guests to the next steps and invite them to the GET ALIGNED MEETING/CALL on Monday Evening. 4 STRATEGY SESSION Sample Agenda Before Guests Arrive Set Up: You will not need to have all the products displayed. This is a business meeting. Offer typically morning refreshments. The Nikken Nutritional products should be offered and the Nikken seats for those that wish to use them. Have your New Partners bring a Business Plan Overview Brochure and Consultant Application/Order Form (from their Nikken Sales Kit), as well, an Alignment Tools Pak for each guest they invite. Strategy Session – Agenda (9:30am - 11:00 am) 9:15 – 9:30 People arrive, introductions, offer PiMag Water, Nutritionals, etc 9:30 – 9:35 Begin. The Host (Silver) should take the first 5 minutes to introduce themselves, share their Personal Success Story, why they decided to Live IT by building a Nikken Wellness Business—be sure to link it to the Five Pillars. Outline the objective of this meeting - to provide an overview of the business, the investment required, the Return on Your Investment the business model used and the support available to build the business. At the end of the overview we will link into a conference call where you will have an opportunity to meet a senior partner and have your questions answered, so be sure to write down your questions as they come to you during the presentation. At the end they will have completed the Evaluation Phase and have enough information to make a decision that is right for them. 9:35 – 10:30Validate Plan Use the Business Plan Overview Presentation to review what they have seen to date and where they are at now in the Evaluation Phase. Follow the presentation. At 10:30am log in/call into the conference call line. Be sure to announce your name and where you are calling from when you join the conference call. 10:30 – 10:50 VALIDATE PLAN ABC CALL (Web Cast) The ’A+’ host on the Conference Call will share their story and then open up the call for Q and A’s. ** As the host you may wish to start off the Q&A with a question such as “How do people do this business when they are already busy in their day to day life?” The ’A+’ host will add credibility to your Strategy Session, and for those interested in becoming a Partner, go through their Alignment Tools Kit and invite them to the GET ALIGNED Team Meeting on Monday night. 10:50 – 11:00 Hand Out Tools Wrap up. What do you want – health, finances? NEXT STEP for those who have decided to become a Partner - complete the Application and give them their Alignment Tools Pak. Invite them to Monday nights Get Aligned meeting and ask that they review the Investing in Your Business Brochure from the Alignment Tools Kit and complete the First Three Sections of the Workbook. (If they can not attend the meeting, have them view the recorded version on-line at your Partnership Offering Site.) Send a follow up eVite for the Get Aligned meeting – see Contact & Invite Scripts document and/or www.thewellnessnetwork.com/evites.www.thewellnessnetwork.com/evites NEXT STEP for the guest who chooses not to move forward with the business - ask them to become a Wellness Home Client - register them as a Member and ASK for their order. Supplemental ON STAR Web Cast: TWO WAYS to Participate: 1. AUDIO PORTION – Telephone Conference Call Number: 1-641-594-7001 PIN: 6570# It is VERY important you join the call at exactly 10:30am (see schedule) in the time zone you are in. When you enter the call, you will be welcomed and asked who is joining the call. Once the call begins, the call will be muted automatically. 2. VIDEO PORTION - Web Cast via the Internet: It is BEST if you have high speed internet connection to view the call over the Web. You and your guests will be able to visually see the presenter and the brief presentation that they will give. It is unique, technically impressive and brings a face to the voice.
