2 Yesterday the NFL announced that it has suspended New England Patriots' quarterback Tom Brady for four games without pay in relation to the "Deflategate" incident in which the team was found to have used underinflated footballs for an advantage in the playoffs. Brady's agent blasted the punishment and promised to appeal the decision. The Patriots were also fined $1 million and will forfeit its first- round selection in the 2016 NFL Draft and fourth-round pick in the 2017 draft. The investigation was initiated to determine what was behind the Patriots' use of underinflated footballs during January's AFC championship game against the Indianapolis Colts. The report found that "it is more probable than not" that Brady was "at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities.” In a letter to Brady, NFL Executive President Troy Vincent said the quarterbacks actions were detrimental to the integrity of the sport.

3 In Other News A number of other people have died in Nepal because another earthquake as of late Tuesday afternoon. The magnitude 7.3 earthquake was followed by a series of significant aftershocks, the strongest measuring magnitude 6.3. The earthquake shook a country still picking up the pieces from the magnitude 7.8 quake that hit central Nepal on April 25, killing more than 8,000 people. A painting from Pablo Picasso set a world record for artwork at auction, selling for nearly $179.4 million on Monday night.
