She has been coaching people as a manager for over 20 years and a project manager for 15. She has a BA and an MBA from Wayne State University, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is currently enrolled in the Accomplishment Coaching Coach Training Program. She is also working on her International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification. She has completed many training programs, including the Center for Creative Leadership's Leadership Development Program (LDP), UMT's Communications and Soft Skills, Kerzner on Best Practices in Project Management, Skillpath's Coaching Skills for Supervisors and ESI's Project Management, Leadership and Communications. She is passionate about coaching individuals to excel in their careers and be responsible, world-class contributors to their companies, industries and communities. EFG Consulting works with people throughout their careers, from helping them identify their mission in life to becoming leaders in their personal and professional lives. She really enjoys working with people and businesses to reach their full potential. She most recently left her job as IT Director, Corporate Applications for Lafarge Corporation to focus on coaching full-time. She is based in the Detroit, Michigan area.
