Conclusions from research of different resources One exception however; policymaking and addressing issues of standards or quality in e-learning UK and France seem still to be furthest developed in terms of national and regional policies and quality bodies. In UK the ”Training Foundation” has established certification of e-learning professionals. In France, EIfEL performs a similar function and is involved in draw-up quality standards accross EU. Germany has ZFU (Staatliche Zenstralstelle für fernunterricht), Sweden has CFL (Centre for Flexible Learning)……….
