5. 3.What kind of information should be included on an invitation? The theme, the honoree, date, time and place, hosts and phone numbers to contact hosts for directions or to rsvp.

6. 4. What happens when too many helpers want to work in the same area? Work area becomes congested; other things don’t get done, too many differences of opinion made known

7. 5. Why is it important to assign jobs or tasks? To avoid too much involvement in the decision making; to ensure that all parts of the event are taken care of with a plan; so that everyone that wants to can be included; things go smoothly.
