One thing that was cruel about Hitler was his hate for Jews. The Nazis took the Jews and told them they where going to get a shower but the shower was a death trap. 11. He was born on Sept. 15, 1913 in Bottondorf,Thuringia. Johannes Steinhoff has two brothers, and their names are Bernd and Wolf. He became a commander in 1935 Johannes died in Bonn on Feb. 21, 1994. Lena

12. He got twelve awards for being a German pilot. Johannes was shot down in 1943 by spitfires, and had to crash land his plane. Lena He was eighty years old when he died.
