Regular performance review meetings with the current service provider Annual Quality Audits (housekeeping, service delivery) Reliability Studies Cost Containment Risk Management Safety to all Users

14 Lift Plans Asset Surveys Completed 10 year lift plan in place Costs considered Tender Process to reveal competent contractors working to performance specifications.
