3. Early Retiree Group Benefits O Available to employees who retire to an unreduced OMERS pension prior to age 65 O Retiree benefits plan: O Similar to the active employee plan O Exceptions: AD&D, Dependent Life, and Disability coverage not in effect.

4. Early Retiree Group Benefits Cont… O Coverage terminates at the earlier of age 65 or 10 years from the date of retirement O The cost split for premiums remains the same as for active employees (for a maximum of 10 years)
