2 UK Focal Point on Drugs Jointly based at the Department of Health and the North West Public Health Observatory, Liverpool John Moores University. One of 30 Focal Points across Europe. Statutory requirement to provide data and information to the European Monitoring Centre on Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA). Covers the whole of the United Kingdom. Work with a wide range of partners including government departments, devolved administrations, and academics. 2
