The Chair provides the universal training of engineer-mechanics for petrochemical structure enterprises and for others organizations, where compressor equipment, refrigerators, heat- exchange equipment are applied.

C ompressors and Refrigerator Plants 150801(101500) Vacuum and compressor technical equipment of physic settings Education Process Students study common professional disciplines such as: descriptive geometry, theoretical mechanics, resistance of materials, details of machines and design principles, mechanisms and machines theory, mechanics of materials and structures, electrical engineering and electronics, thermodynamics and heat-mass exchange, technology of compressor engineering, automation of compressor and refrigeration installations and others. There are also special disciplines: theory, calculation and construction of rotary compressors; theory, calculation and construction of piston-type compressor; theory, calculation and construction of compressor machine of dynamic operation, basis of vacuum engineering, high-vacuum pump and rough vacuum pump, compressor stations, heat exchange equipment of compressor, refrigerating plant and processing plant, theoretical basis of refrigerating engineering.
