Determine your eligibility u Hold a bachelors degree u Hold a valid state teaching/school counseling license u Have completed three full years of teaching/school counseling experience  Currently have a classroom assignment uAdministrators, staff development specialists, or other potential candidates not assigned to the classroom can “borrow” a classroom to complete their portfolio.
