3  Used by Russian sports trainers for athletes since the 1970’s and 80’s  Hypervibe accelerates gravity and forces our muscles to contract and resist up to 17 times greater than earth’s gravity SO... WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?  It increases muscle mass and bone density at a faster rate than other forms of exercise  Provides all the benefits of “standard” exercise, but in less time

4  Can provide an effective and safer option for exercise for individuals in rehabilitation, or who have physical and/or other health conditions that limit their ability to exercise  Increases stimulation and drainage of the lymphatic system  Increases muscle mass and overall metabolism in the body at a faster rate than many other exercise programs – Key to fat loss

5  Correct use of the hypervibe can enable many of the benefits of standard exercises with less requirements for movement, flexibility and coordination by individuals  Depending on the individual, movement and/or static positions can be used to target and strengthen various muscles
