Students in UBE 496, a 3 credit academic class, will post and tweet as part of their class requirements. How we will go about creating change: Using the social media websites of Facebook and Twitter we will reach out to UB students, faculty, staff and the surrounding community by posting and tweeting pictures, links and ideas of how to create a more inclusive environment. 16 Creating a Campus Awareness and Access Campaign  Decide on social media to use based on your school and accessibility.  Integrate into class or group goals and incentives.  Organize so there is new information every day or so.  Photos and videos on Facebook were most popular.  Twitter not as effective during spring 2014, considering integrating more with Facebook for accessibility.

17 Student Suggestions for 2014-2015  Display print media campaign inside student union and around campuses instead on the stampede buses. For example, put table tents on tables in all dining places, small word games, puzzles and facts on library and classroom desks, banners in student union, digital posters on monitors.  Create ADA 25 th anniversary celebration focus for UB Accessible Facebook and twitter.; include other student groups. Create ADA 25 th anniversary calendar of events across campus.  Get UB students involved in the ratification of the Convention on Rights for Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) through Facebook and Twitter.  Be clear so students know what to post.  Consider posting concerns about things that people do not think are accessible on campus.  Consider a Tumblr blog.
