1 This is the NTI screen. It looks like I’ve never saved anything but that is because I deleted the SW during troubleshooting. At one point and loaded a trial version as a try with prior expert. I wasn’t using cloud just Specfic files and the complete backup.

2 Screen shot of files on the Toshiba drive. You can see the Complete System Backup_C_1 is 117GB. That was my whole C drive prior to reformatting Note: I reformatted thinking I had most key files in the My files directory. I didn’t which is Why I need to restore the old drive

3 http://support.toshiba.com/support/viewCont entDetail?contentId=3025217#2b_Format_PC When you hit restore, bottom right slide one, and the third tab on left of this screen you get the above. From reading manuals, I had to create a DVD from the Toshiba hard drive. When I reboot to the dvd, I do indeed get the #2 pic to come up.

4 However when I press restore I get : ERROR: There are no hard disks in your PC to restore. I can click on the folder and see the Directory as shown in slide 2 although under directory images it only lists the Complete System Directory. Security cat (18KB. Can’t see any other files
