Use caution and proceed
slowly through intersection

Blinking Palm = stop if you can; continue if already crossing
Stationary Palm = Stop – DO NOT cross

COLORS: Red, White, Black, White on black, Red circle with slash through it.

9. Guidance Signs Gives information, helps guide you on road.
What road you are on, nearest rest stop, mileage to different cities.

Separate traffic going in opposite directions.
