4. It is important to know that: -10 millimeters (mm) = 1 centimeter (cm) -100 centimeters (cm) = 1 meter (m) *Every meter stick has 100 cm! -1,000 meters (m) = 1 Kilometer (Km) *So, 1,000 meter sticks would add up to 1 Kilometer!
