9  Proper Planning and Identifying the Scope of the Project  Identifying each module of PeopleSoft Student System  Go-Live implementation made successful by performing “Life as a student” business process  Two key processes must be implemented:  Admissions and Enrollment during start of Calendar school year  Student financial aid must be active by January to permit acceptance of Federal guidelines for the next budget year  Key implementation sequence  Admissions and Recruitment before summer  Student Financial Aid in January  Registration in Spring and Advisement  Disbursement in Fall  Balancing the three constraints: Cost Control, Time Control & Quality Control Successful Implementation
