3 Risk Ratio A risk ratio provides a consolidated measure representing the degree to which a student may be academically at risk of not graduating on time. The ratio considers the total number of academic factors. This ratio will be designed to identify the levels of at risk students to determine the case load for the Graduation Coach.

4 Preliminary Requirements 1. Identification of targeted at-risk students determined at the start of the 2009-2010 school year for all students grades 7-12. 2. Student profiles created to identify all academic gaps, i.e., Pearson Benchmark/Inform data including MEAP/MME, attendance records, discipline records, etc. 3. Base line date set to establish benchmarks to measure progress.
