12 12 When a provider is under- coding they tell the wrong story This wrong story is:  SBHC Providers are seeing very few patients with multiple problems.  SBHC Providers should see more patients since they are not seeing complicated patients.  The SBHC should decrease the number of physicians and add more mid-level providers.
