11 Supplier Code of Conduct: Kuoni has been adding “ethical clauses” to the contracts with their suppliers since 2007. The new provisions commit partner hotels to a number of ethical actions, which include abiding by all local employment laws, not tolerating sexual exploitation of children and any sexual or religious discrimination, offering safe and hygienic workplaces, providing legal minimum wages for the work performed and maintaining environmental standards.
