IBC offers a variety of health and wellness programs, tools, and services to help members take control of their health. Employers can use these programs to encourage employees to live healthier lifestyles, helping to save money on medical costs. 2

Encompasses all health management programs under new Healthy Lifestyles Solutions name New streamlined administration for reimbursement of fitness, weight management, and tobacco cessation programs. Elimination of safety reimbursements (bike helmets, first-aid/ CPR classes, parenting classes) New employer rewards program options and administrative operations/processes of those programs New primary health coach model and employer options for intensive health coaching programs 3

4. Healthy Lifestyles Solutions Timing Healthy Lifestyles Solutions will be available to existing customers and members upon migration. New Primary Health Coach care and condition management programs went into effect in April 2013 for fully-insured customers and go into effect in January 2014 for self-funded customers. Health Management programs become available to new customers on the effective date of their IBC medical coverage. 4
