California Rules!!! The governor in California can serve up to 2 consecutive 4 year terms. California has 55 electors in the electoral college California has 53 members in the House of Representatives To be governor you have to be a California resident for at least 5 years, not hold any other office position, and be an American Citizen for at least 5 years. You can vote in California if you register and are a citizen of America that is 18 years or older. The governor is elected by the popular vote and must have 2/3 the votes to win.

California vs. New York California is situated on the west side of the continental United States. However, New York is on the eastern seaboard. California has great weather all year long, including winter. Unfortunately the people in New York suffer from long, cold winters and hot, humid summers. California and New York are both popular places that people like to visit. In California people like the beaches and Disneyland. In New York, people want to see Central Park and the Empire State Building. Sometimes I cant decide where I want to live!

Miss Mazzaro for Governor!! If I were governor of California I would change a few things. One thing I would change is the sales tax because it is so high! I think people are not able to spend money and help the economy out because the sales tax is 9.0% in some places. That means if you bought a shirt for $50.00 you would be paying almost $5.00 in tax alone!! That is an entire meal for one person just on taxes! If I were governor this is definitely one thing I would change because than people will go shopping more and eat out more and hopefully our economy will rise!

Lets go on Vacation I will be leaving from LAX, an airport in CA, and traveling to JFK, an airport in New York. I will be leaving on July 1 st and returning on July 10 th I will be flying on Delta Airlines and the cost will be $403.00

Let’s move to California In my opinion, I think people should move to California. They have great laws to keep people safe like no texting or talking on the phone while driving. I also think people should move to California because of the awesome weather and lifestyle. The weather is amazing here, you are able to do outdoor activities and go to the beach anytime you want. In addition, the California lifestyle is very relaxed and fun. Furthermore, people should move to California because they have a great entertainment industry, where people can be actors, actresses, or directors and producers. California is the 3 rd largest state so there is always something for people to do here.
