Tutorial 4 5 EASY STEPS : Online Card Payments for your INUKA Orders INUKA is happy to announce that our existing and new Members will be able to submit online payments for their orders and kits via the internet with: Credit Cards Debit Cards with microchip security technology and a 3 digit number at the back of the card Illustration of a debit card with a micro chip STEP 1 - Log into: Type the following into your internet browser: You will be directed to this INUKA website page to facilitate your payment: Enter the cellphone number on which we can contact you. Enter your payable amount. Please do not type in any currencies and use decimals. (E.g ) Click on “ Pay Now” STEP 2 - Pay with your card You will be redirected to the Setcom Payment Gateway Website Complete all the required details Select your country Enter the cell number on which you will receive your authentication One Time Pin (OTP) sms from your bank Complete this detail as shown on your card Select straight or budget PROCEED Click on “PROCEED” once all the detail on this page has been completed in full Page 1 of 2

Step 3 - Authentication One Time Pin (OTP) Page 2 of 2 You will receive a sms from your bank with a One Time Pin (OTP) number Enter this number in the space provided Click on “SUBMIT” If you experience any problems, please DO NOT contact INUKA. Contact the Helpdesk number on the back of your card Step 4 - Complete the transaction with your CVV number To complete the transaction you will need to enter your CVV number. This will be the last 3 numbers on the back of your card. Enter “PROCEED” to complete the transaction WHAT IS A CVV NUMBER: This is the last 3 digits on the back of your card. CVV is an anti-fraud measure introduced by card companies worldwide. You are required to enter the CVV each time a payment is made and you are not present to sign a receipt, as for on-line transactions. You will be requested to enter the CVV to verify that you actually hold the card you are using for this transaction, and to avoid anyone other than you from shopping with your card number. The CVV digits are not embossed (like the card number). The CVV is not printed on any receipts, hence it is not likely to be known by anyone other than the card owner Step 5 - Print your successful transaction proof of payment Please print your successful transaction details for your records You are welcome to fax or this proof of payment with your order. However, INUKA will also receive a notification from Setcom when you have completed a successful transaction. Please make sure to use the correct cell number as your reference (STEP1) so that we can contact you to confirm your payment Your Online Payment Transactions are SAFE and SECURE INUKA offers secure online card processing with the Setcom Payment Gateway. Setcom complies with the highest industry standard, thereby ensuring optimal payment protection, security and fraud prevention.
