3 Step 2: Moderation Is Key  Only eat as much food as your body needs to maintain its health.  You should never feel guilty after you eat.  Everyone needs these 6 nutrients  Carbohydrate  Proteins  Fats (not a lot)  Vitamins  Minerals  WATER!

4 Step 3: It’s not just about what you eat  Eating doesn’t just affect your living style it’s about how you eat as well.  Eat with others as much as you can  Listen to your body  Avoid late night binge eating  Take the time to enjoy your food.

5 Step 4: Enjoy healthy fats, avoid unhealthy fats  GOOD FATS  Monounsaturated fats  Polyunsaturated fats  BAD FATS  Saturated fats  Trans fats
