2. Team Buildin g Information Out and Up are a company that runs a team-building exercise for young adults. Out and Up has recently brought a new small plot of woodland and has set up our activity centre here, Our centre includes an assault course and after you can relax in our café. Out and up are open from 9am – 5pm weekdays weekends there open from 10am 4pm. Out and up is a company built for team building activities, you don’t need a team just come alone and we can put you into teams.

Paintball Paintball is a sport in which players compete, in teams or individually, to eliminate opponents by tagging them with capsules containing water soluble dye and gelatin shell outside (referred to as paintballs) propelled from a device called a paintball marker (commonly referred to as a paintball gun). Paintballs are composed of a non-toxic, biodegradable, water soluble polymer. Paintball is an action-packed combat game of strategy, daring, skill and teamwork. 6. Archery - Traditional Archery makes an excellent addition to a Family Fun Day or as a form of post wedding entertainment. The set up includes butts, bows, nets, bunting and a mini marquee. We can also offer an Archery Party for small groups with their own venue. Archery is a sport for everyone. It is certainly a test of skill but one that is fun and suitable for everyone, no matter what your fitness level. So if you think you could line up next to Robin Hood and give him a run for his money try, either as a single group activity or as part of your group package. Overall, a good event to get your breath back but to also test your nerves. You will receive personal attention to ensure that you develop the correct technique to make this a truly enjoyable and successful experience. 7. Quad Bikes Quad Biking is one of our most driving popular driving activities for Corporate Team Events! These four-wheeled quad bikes can go anywhere and are fully automatic making them extremely easy to operate. No driving experience is necessary to master our easy to use our Quad Bikes! Come to us and ride you very own fun machine...this is a must do! We cater for junior groups, adult sessions as well as families enjoying the experience together. All participants are provided with a helmet and given a clear verbal introduction to the bikes and the best practice to encourage safe use. While we can not guarantee anyone's safety our priority is to monitor it; as is yours. After this the group will be assessed on a short course before moving on to a longer circuit and ultimately be taken out on a trail through the surrounding area. 8. High Ropes Our Jacobs Ladder is a giant 14 metre high challenge and can be used as a team training event or just as a fun activity. Challenge yourself and your group to ascend our Jacobs ladder. Working in teams of three you are given some money (monopoly) to spend on equipment of your choice to help you get as high as you can. Whilst collecting more money for each level you reach, will you sacrifice your hard earned cash to buy further help or can you help each other? This is your dilemma. Your harness and safety rope will be fitted and monitored by our trained staff that will watch you every step of the way. They will only help if bribed to do so! You will be the safety net for your own group by watching and belaying their safety line... Good luck. We also offer a zip line on request so... if you have a head for heights why not test your nerve by throwing yourself off a quarry shelf towards the woodland below? 9. Mountain Boarding So popular a must trill for everyone; young and old. If you skate, snowboard, ski, wake board or surf this is for you...if you don't...this is for you! Not as extreme as you may first imagine, like all activities and indeed all learning we start you from scratch and go at your speed. You will be kitted out with the required equipment of Knee, elbow and wrist protection as well your helmet. You will then be given a board suitable for your height / weight: Now you are ready to learn! A full hour's instruction will start you on a very gentle slope where you will travel no faster than walking pace. Here you will gain an understanding of turning and body positioning. Don't be concerned they are a lot easier to control than you may think. Once you have mastered the basics you can practice these skills in the beginners zone for a further hour under the watchful eye of your instructor. If your progress is of a level that the instructor is comfortable you will be introduced to the intermediate area which has obstacles and more challenging terrain.
