VISION & MISSION To enrich the life of needy people by providing necessary Guidance & Assistance for Education, Food and Shelter (some more input is required)

LIST OF INTERESTED PEOPLE Our goal to provide service involves both Labor Effort and Money. The List gives us information on the people interested to offer Labor Service, Financial Service or Both. Identify and get in touch with people not in the mailing list

FORMULATION OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS An Organizations Success mostly depends on how it is managed and the people who manage it. So, the best type of Organization Setup has to be identified and the committee members shall be chosen based on the list of interested people. The Selection involves a detailed discussion between the members.

IDENTIFICATION OF CATEGORY OF STUDENT TO HELP The tasks become tough from hereon. Definition of Category : The selection of Category such as College, High School has to be JUSTIFIED and the ways to ensure continual support has to be DRAWN OUT. Criteria : One of the main criteria needed to identify the Category will be the BUDGET. We need to come up with an Approximate Budget Calculation. Points to Think & Discuss : Student is a common word….it may define a Pre School, High School, College, etc. If we propose to help a School Student, our service MUST continue until his/her Degree attainment, withdrawal of support in the Mid-way will not show Justice Two to Three rounds of Discussion between the Members is mandatory to finalize the Category

IDENTIFICATION OF AREA OF HELP Offering financial help looks easy as we here try to not only offer Finance but Food, Shelter, etc., the identification of real need of the people comes into focus. The area of help to be extended has to be JUSTIFIED. The process of this activity shall start only after we finalize the Category of Help. Two to Three rounds of Discussion between the Members is mandatory to finalize the Category

CALCULATION OF COST PER YEAR Once, the Category & the Area of help to be offered is identified, we shall calculate the Cost per Person per Year.

FINALIZE THE LIST OF PEOPLE & THE BUDGET Depending on the Cost per Person per Year, there will be two outcomes We generate more money than the Budget Cost : In this case, we need not worry and proceed to next step We need more money to meet the Budget Cost : In this case, we need a contingency plan to generate additional sum of money to meet the Budget Cost (This shall be a topic for discussion)

IDENTIFICATION OF NEEDY PEOPLE The important and difficult task. This has to be discussed

SETTING UP OF BANK ACCOUNTS & FUND COLLECTION Its easy, create a Organization Bank Account and Manage the Funds and keep track of the expenses for Taxation and for internal distribution

EXECUTE & MONITOR The committee members selected initially will lead the way and extend their service in the execution and monitoring efforts.

REVIEW & PROGRESS MEETINGS Every month, a Review meeting shall be conducted to discuss on the Achievements and based on that Plan for the future and identify the Services to render in future.

THANK YOU
