4 H&S Law, Employers’ Duties Must provide a safe place of work for employees and non-employees who come into contact with the organisation

5 H&S Law, Employees’ Duties Must take care of themselves and others who may be affected by their actions Co-operate with the employer on all matters of H&S including reporting all incidents and near misses Must not disable or interfere with something provided for their H&S
