PECI is developing Fan VFD measurement and verification practices for BPA.

8 RTF Proposed Motion: “I _________ move that the RTF Authorize staff to contract for $24,700 for development, completion and testing of a Fan VFD standard protocol compliant calculator with all the attendant documentation, input forms and data sources.
