Printing, Lesson 107 Changing the Multiple Pages Grid You can display more than one “1” row by three “3” pages across. While in the multiple page grid, click the left button of the mouse and drag across the grid. This will enable you to see a greater number of reduced document pages.

Move pointer to the text to be adjusted, and click the Magnifier button to change the pointer to an I-beam. Edit the text. After edits are made, click the Print or the Print Preview button.

When you choose This Point forward, a new section is created with the orientation you choose.

Printing, Lesson 1020 Printing Labels The labels tab in the Envelopes and Labels dialog box makes it easy to print labels, either for a return address or for a delivery address. You can print a full page of the same label or a single label and you can choose from a variety of label sizes. You can print labels directly, without saving them, or create a new document that contains the labels, which you can reuse or edit at a later date.

Printing, Lesson 1025 Sending a Document as an E-mail Instead of printing, you can send it as e-mail directly from Word. The document becomes the e-mail message. A Word document sent as an e-mail is in the HTML format so it can be read easily. To send the e-mail directly from Word, you must first specify Internet options. Open the Windows Control Panel. Start button, Settings, Control 2000 or Outlook Express 5.0 as your e-mail editor. On the Connections tab, identify your default Internet Service Provider and check the box to dial the default connection when needed.
