21 Long-term goal example This project will increase by 3% the number of identified (Disability Services) individuals with disabilities who complete health science programs of study. 75% of identified individuals with disabilities completed health science programs of study in FY11 as measured by A-1 data. That percentage will increase to 78% by FY13. Short-term goal example At least 10 identified individuals with disabilities will participate in the Health Science Mentoring program, attend 80% of functions and complete current Health Science courses.
