9 American Psychological Association Code of Ethics Psychologists may not conduct fraudulant research, plagerize or publish false data Psychologists must acknowledge their own limitations Psychologists who make evaluations and testify in legal cases must base their assessment on sufficient information and substantial findings

10 Any person in the mental health profession must not take advantage of clients or students and adhere to a responsbile code of ethics at all times
