2  Develop a BalloonSat that will take UV data and correlate it with NCAR data.  Used to see changes in UV radiation from last UV cycle  Prove that there has been an increase in solar activity causing an increase in UVA and UVB radiation hitting Earth.  Hypothesize that an increase in solar activity results in an increase in UVA and UVB radiation.
