18 Duties (Plan Administrator) – Common duties include: Determining eligibility and vesting Determining allocations of employer contributions and trust earnings Tracking ESOP account balances Complying with ERISA reporting and disclosure obligations Instructing trustee (if specified in plan documents) – Voting shares – Other matters
