18. Rotate Image 90° This tool is used to rotate the image 90º at a time.
To apply this effect, select the image to be rotated and press the Rotate 90º button. Press the button multiple times to continue to rotate it 180º or 270º.

19. Brightness and Contrast
Explanation of Overflow controls and Brightness Contrast Controls.
Brightness/Contrast – Click this button to display the Brightness/Contrast control box. Clicking and holding the mouse on the pink dot in control box will adjust the brightness and contrast. In addition, a more common method of adjusting the brightness and contrast is by just holding down the left mouse button while dragging the mouse across the image.

20. Invert Image
Invert Image – Click this button to invert the color scale on the image. When this effect is applied, black will appear as white and white will appear as black.

21. Stretch Histogram
Stretch Histogram – Click this button to display the Histogram dialog box. You can adjust the image displayed by dragging the red borders of the square on the histogram or by right-clicking the histogram and choosing an “Auto-level” option.

22. Optimize Brightness
The Optimize Brightness tool changes the brightness setting to be optimal for a selected area of the image.
To use this tool, select an image and click the Optimize Brightness button. Click and hold on the part of the image for which you want the brightness of the image to be optimized to. Drag away from the point selected to select a circular area of the image (you will see the outline of a circle) and let up on the mouse button. Click in the center of the circle you created

23. Equalization The equalization tool is used to make diagnosing easier.
To use this tool, click on the Equalization button. Move the mouse over an image and a circular section will be affected as you move the mouse. To disable, click the image

The Edge Enhancement tool reduces blurry edges to crisp, sharp edges.
