Your job as analyst is to determine the costs to build and operate a variety of proposed sites and make recommendations on which projects to proceed with.

They want you to do a simple calculation and determine (TRUE/FALSE) if the cost to build this windmill is less than or equal to two year’s operating profits. Even if a project yields a high return they only are willing to fund windmill generators that cost less than the average of the proposed sites.
