Results 677 of the 688 (98%) registered clients undertook the HIV test 95% showed national ID card All results available within 1 hour including confirmatory tests 24 were anti-HIV positive (3.5%) Of these 24 HIV-positive clients, 9 were from the 47 MSM tested (prevalence of 19%) whereas the prevalence among heterosexual males (N=434) and females (N=249) were 1.8% and 3.2% respectively 80% of HIV-positives came for CD4 testing at the Anonymous Clinic within 3 weeks

3. Conclusions Mobile HCT was well received by people living in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area. Modern Thais are more courageous and enthusiastic for HIV testing. Further campaign such as this one should be continued in order to normalize HIV testing.
